We receive a lot of emails here at NeoAvatars and to make our lives easier, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions so you don't have to email us every time you have a question! Please read this page to see if your question has already been answered.
Yay, they've already answered some big questions here!
Q: I checked off an avatar here but still don't have it on Neopets!
A: You do NOT receive avatars by checking them off here; we are a CHECKLIST to show which avatars you have and don't have on Neopets. You need to actually obtain the avatar on Neopets.com before you'll have it. Then you can add it to your checklist here. :)
Q: I found a bug!
A: Please report it to us by contacting us.
Q: Are you going to add more features here such as a NeoFont storage tool?
A: Yes, maybe in the future.
Q: Where can I find information about TDN's Avatar Lending Program (ALP)?
A: All of our ALP information is kept on our forums, click here to check it out!
Q: Why is the SAME avatar appearing twice on my checklist?!
A: Sometimes, if our server is laggy, avatars may accidentally appear twice on your list (generally this shouldn't happen though). To remove duplicate avatars from your list, simply uncheck the avatar and if you truly have the avatar, re-check it. When you uncheck it, it should remove all duplicate entries from our database. If this problem persists, please contact us.
